Basketball (Girls V) Scores

The Batesville High School varsity basketball team suffered a 43-41 loss at Franklkin County. Batesville led at the end of the first quarter 11-9 and later 25-21 at halftime. Unfortuantely, they were outscored 22-16 over the final 16 minutes. Marlee Obermeyer led the team in scoring with 12 points followed by Alyson Peters with 10. Peters also led the team in rebounds (8) and assists (5).
