Batesville High School

The Batesville High School softball team suffered a 9-3 loss at home to South Dearborn. Callie Fletcher was 3-4 with one RBI and a stolen base. "She had three absolutely beautiful plays in the field and continues to be a leader both on defense and at the plate," commented coach Gene Cooney. Caitlyn Fox was 1-4 with a run scored and stolen base. He also had 5 put outs on defense. Claire Saner, Peyton Krekeler and Cora Roth each had one hit for the Bulldogs.
