The Batesville High Schoolk junior varsity baseball team defeated Lawrenceburg 6-1 on Thursday night with Cayden Drake and James Hughes combining to throw a no-hitter. Drake struck out 12 in six innings with Hughes appearing in the seventh and striking out two. William Huber and Rylan Yeager each had two hits with Keegan Walke driving in two runs on a double. Hughes had a hit and RBI. Batesville is now 8-2 on the season.
