Bulldogs defeat Tigers 48-39

The Batesville High School girls varsity basketball team posted a 48-39 victory at Lawrenceburg. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 17-10 first quarter lead and later led 38-28 after three. Batesville was led by Maggie Jelinek with 20 points and Kaylin Kathmann with 16. Defensively, Nora Wiedeman had a team-high five steals.
