Batesville JV soccer posts 3-0 win

The Batesville High School girls JV soccer team posted a 3-0 win over Connersville. All of JV's goals came in the first half. Avi Miller had the first one off a half field breakaway. The second goal came from Leah Goodin off a Connersville goal kick. Goodin was first to the ball, took a touch to settle it and then drilled a shot into the back of the net. The last goal came from freshman Sadie Caplinger with two minutes to play in the half. GOALS: Avi Miller, Leah Goodin and Sadie Caplinger.
