The Batesville JV football team delivered another impressive performance on both sides of the ball, shutting out the Milan Indians 50-0. Offense and Special Teams The Bulldogs scored in multiple ways to build an early lead: * Passing & Receiving: Jonah Heil threw a touchdown pass and caught one as well, while Deacon Fledderman hauled in two touchdown receptions. * Rushing: Cam Anderson scored a rushing touchdown and added a two-point conversion. * Special Teams: Jarrod Zins sparked the team with a kickoff return for a touchdown and ran in a two-point conversion. Defense Batesville's defense controlled the game from start to finish, recording its second consecutive shutout: * Gus Robben highlighted the defensive effort by scooping up a fumble and returning it for a touchdown. * Ryan Oilier added a fumble recovery, set up by a forced fumble from Cam Anderson. * Brock Enneking contributed a pass breakup, while Huston Cook, Drake Hohman, and Zach Reed led the team in tackles.
