BHS tennis wins at Columbus East

The Batesville High School boys tennis team travelled to Columbus East on Thursday and picked up a 3-1 win despite a delayed start due to some afternoon rain. Match results: Varsity 1S Jevan Smith defeated Landon Reddleman 6-3, 6-4 2S Carson Meyer lost to Kai Bergman 5-7, 3-6 3S Max Walter's match was suspended due to rain (match will not be completed) 1D Will Patterson & Wes Peters defeated Micah Wettschurack & Trevor Ernst 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 2D Coleman West & Eli Doll defeated Carson Hartsook & Drew Lawson 6-4, 6-1 JV 1D Parker Smith & Drew Nobbe lost to Cooper Harry & Calvin Hoy 6-8 2D Tyler Musick & Matthew Jensen lost to Daniel Wallace & Daniel Nordyke 2-8 3D Parker Smith & Drew Nobbe defeated Ian Shaw & Nazar Kabakbekov 6-1 The Varsity Bulldogs win 3-1 & advance to 11-2 (3-1 EIAC) on the season.
